Refund Policy

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?

At Ivamon Color, any product from any brand can be returned, except for those products that are personalized or manufactured according to the consumer's specifications. An example of non-returnable products would be any product from our coloring system.

Products purchased in a bundle must be returned with the complete bundle. Returns of partial bundles will not be accepted.

Returns of the following products will not be accepted, as established by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws:

  1. The provision of services, once the service has been fully executed, when the execution has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the recognition on his part that he is aware that, once the contract has been fully executed by the entrepreneur, he will have lost his right of withdrawal.
  2. The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the entrepreneur cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.
  3. The supply of goods made to the consumer and user's specifications or clearly personalized, such as custom-configured computers.
  4. The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
  5. The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery (e.g. food processors and similar products).
  6. The supply of goods which, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
  7. The supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.
  8. The supply of digital content that is not provided on a physical medium when the execution has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user, with the knowledge on their part that they consequently lose their right of withdrawal.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY PRODUCT?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you have a period of fourteen working days from the date of delivery of the product to communicate your desire to return it. Before making such a return, the customer must contact Ivamon Color within the indicated period via email ecommerce@ivamon-color.com where you will be informed of the return process. Any return without this prior communication will not be accepted by Ivamon Color.

Once you have completed and sent the return form, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return it to our facilities. You must return the goods without delay and in their original condition, within a maximum period of fourteen days from the date you inform us of your desire to return them.

REFUND AMOUNT

The total amount of the refund for a product or products will correspond to the final price paid for that product or products, taking into account any discounts already applied and including the corresponding value added tax (VAT).

Regarding shipping costs, these will be borne by Ivamon Color if and only if the product is defective or faulty and the warranty is required. In any other case, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Once the merchandise has been received and verified to be in perfect condition, the refund will be processed.

Ivamon Color will make the refund within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date the customer has exercised their right of withdrawal. Likewise, until we have received the goods and have checked their condition, we may withhold the refund.

WHERE AND HOW DO I SEND MY RETURN?

Returned products must be sent to our headquarters at Ronda Europa nº48 Nave 1 in Vilanova i la Geltrú (Barcelona), CP 08800. We remind you that we are not responsible for packages that do not reach us due to loss or other reasons, so we advise you to use certified mail or some type of courier that can certify the delivery of the package. In order to accept the return, the product must be in perfect condition, including all the documentation that accompanies the product as well as its accessories. The customer must properly package it to ensure that it is transported without damage. Once received and verified by our staff that the product is in the same condition as when it was sent, the amount will be refunded according to the payment method used by the customer.

Shipping costs arising from the return will be covered by Ivamon Color if and only if the product is defective or faulty and the warranty is required. In this case, Ivamon Color will look for the agency and will be responsible for the entire process.

In any other case, the return costs will be borne by the customer and he or she will be free to find the agency that best suits his or her needs or offers the most competitive rates.

CHANGES IN PRODUCTS

If you wish to change a product, you must notify us by email at the address ecommerce@ivamon-color.com within fourteen working days from receipt of the product. In this case, the customer must package the product in conditions that ensure undamaged transport.

Ivamon Color, with prior payment for the new product plus the corresponding shipping costs, will send the new product and collect the old one at the time of delivery.

The return shipping costs will be covered by Ivamon Color if and only if the product is defective or faulty and the warranty is required. In this case, Ivamon Color will look for the agency and will be responsible for the entire process.

In any other case, the return costs will be borne by the customer.

When the package arrives at our headquarters and it is verified that the product is in perfect condition, the money paid for the product or products will be refunded, including discounts and taxes, using the same method used to make the initial payment.

RETURNS ON SALE

During the Sale period the return policy will be exactly the same as the normal period.

RETURNS OUT OF TIME

Once the fourteen-day period has ended, returns will be accepted as long as the product is in good condition and has not been manipulated in a way that affects its properties. In this case, the amount will not be refunded using the payment method used to purchase the product, but a voucher with said amount will be provided for subsequent purchases in our online store. The return conditions will be the same as those mentioned in the previous sections.
